Exchanging
When you exchange a bike with Bike Club, the process is straightforward. First, select the bike you wish to exchange from your account. Next, choose the new bike model that suits your needs. Our team will arrange for the collection of your current bike and deliver the new bike to you at the same time. Returning
Returning a bike to Bike Club is an easy process. First, log in to your account and navigate to the Returns & Cancellations section. Select the bike you wish to return and follow the instructions to schedule a collection. Once your bike has been returned and inspected by one of our mechanics, your subscription will be cancelled.
