How does the waitlist work?

Our waitlist lets you sign up for a notification when your desired bike comes back into stock. Because we are a circular economy business our bikes are constantly being exchanged and refurbished to return to availability as reBikes. If you are waiting for the next size up for an exchange, we would strongly recommend joining the waitlist as reBikes are added to the site twice per week and are quickly ordered again. We send out one notification per available bike so that the list can operate on a first-come-first-served basis.

When will I be notified?

When a bike is refurbished, it is added back to the site and members on the waitlist are notified, with those waiting the longest being notified first. After you receive a back-in-stock notification you will have 24 hours to place an order before the next person on the list is notified of availability.

When does new stock get added to the site?

We add batches of reBikes back to the site at least twice per week once they have been refurbished and passed all safety and quality control checks. New bike stock is added less regularly, and we can’t guarantee when these will be available. If you are interested in placing an order and the new model is not available we would strongly recommend considering the reBike option.
