You can return a bike at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and our service is designed to be fully flexible. The following fees apply when returning a bike. These fees help cover the cost of collecting your bike.
- Scooter: £9.99
- Balance bike: £19.99
- All other bikes: £29.99
How to return a bike
Log in to your account
Click Return a bike to log in to your account and select the bike you want to return.
Tell us about the return
Select a reason for returning the bike to help us understand your situation and improve our service.
Choose your collection
Confirm your address and collection date. Our courier partner will contact you the evening before with a 2 hour time slot.
Pay the return fee
Pay the return fee for each bike you want to return.
Prepare your bike(s)
Follow the steps to prepare your bike for collection.
Subscription cancelled
Once your bike has been checked in and inspected by one of our mechanics, your subscription will be cancelled.
