Frequently Asked Questions

  • To place an exchange, simply log into your Bike Club account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to select ‘book an exchange’ from the top menu. Here you’ll be able to select the bike you’re looking to return and choose your next bike! For step-by-step instructions, please see our handy guide, How to exchange.

  • You can exchange any time during your membership. We know there’s no predicting those growth spurts so there’s no minimum term required.

  • There is a one-off fee of £19.99 per bike and this covers both delivery and collection. You’ll also pay for the first month of your new bike upfront and, as with your original order, your billed month won’t start until after your exchange takes place. If you’ve had your bike for 18 months, you’re entitled to a free exchange. 

  • That’s no problem at all, we don’t expect you to keep the box from your old delivery- we know how big they are! When your new bike is delivered, just swap the bikes over so your old bike is in the box and the courier will take it away. 

  • When we receive your old bike back, the direct debit for that subscription will be cancelled on our end so there’ll be no further action needed from yourself. Your new direct debit will then begin, and the first payment will be taken a month after your exchange takes place.
