You can exchange anytime
Whether it's after ten months or one. We're here to help make sure your child is always riding a bike that is the perfect size for them. Growth spurts are unpredictable and inevitable, so we're fully flexible to enable you to exchange whenever you need to throughout your membership.
Requesting an exchange

- Head to Exchange and follow the Steps to exchange your bike
You'll be able to select delivery date and add Bike Club Plus cover at checkout.

Preparing your bike for collection
Make sure your bike is clean and dry. You'll need to remove the pedals and turn the handlebars prior to collection and delivery.
If you've got the box, we'd recommend packing the bike prior to your exchange day. Make sure you include the pedals and tape the box securely.
If you haven't got the box, the courier will use the box they deliver your new bike in. We recommend bagging the pedals up beforehand and tying them to the bike. This way, they won't get lost in transit.
Delivery and collection
All exchanges are £19.99 and happen on your doorstep, with one of our trusted couriers.
If you select Premium Delivery at checkout, the driver will be able to help you unpack and pack the bikes. They can help with the heavy lifting, but they're not mechanics. So if you have any questions preparing your bike, let us know. Just drop us a message, we're here to help.
