Visit us in John Lewis this Christmas

We’re excited to announce that from today you’ll be able to come and visit us in person at John Lewis in London’s Westfield Stratford. This marks the first time in John Lewis’ history that it has offered parents the chance to get their child on either a new or refurbished bike through a subscription service.

Customers will be able to choose from a selection of the best bike brands including Frog, Forme, and Woom. Children will be able to try these out for size, and even peddle, in store on the innovative roller system. Plus, the Bike Club bespoke sizing system will ensure children always have the correct sized bike; simply measure your leg length against the chart and follow the coloured tyre tracks to find your perfect bike. Parents can join Bike Club there and then, before arranging delivery of the bike through an interactive store tablet.

James Symes, CEO and co-founder of Bike Club, said: ‘We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with John Lewis marking our first-ever physical retail presence. It is great to be able to offer John Lewis customers a sustainable alternative for their children’s Christmas presents.  As society faces climate change, we should work together not to consume less, but consume better, meaning we should rent better things and refurbish them. This is exactly the option Bike Club gives tens of thousands of families across the UK.’

You can visit us on the 3rd floor of John Lewis, 101 The Arcade, Westfield, Stratford City, Montfichet Road, London, E20 1EL
